Each Class has three sessions.

Intro To Robots

Age Range: Kindergarten and 1st graders
4 Week STEM Course
Wednesdays and Fridays from 4:00 – 5:00
Learn all about robots and how they work in a fun 4-week course.

Age Range: 2nd and 3rd grades
4 Week STEM Course
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 – 5:00
In this fun and interactive program, young learners will embark on a journey into the world of coding, exploring the fundamentals of computer science through engaging activities and games.

Programming with Python

Age Range: 6th – 9th graders
4 Week STEM Course
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:10 – 6:40

*This class is for students with more programming experience but little to no Python experience.

Advanced Programming with Python – a fun and engaging course designed specifically for students in the 6th through 9th grades. This exciting program is the perfect stepping stone for young minds to explore more challenging coding concepts and unleash their creativity through coding.

LEGO Robotics Engineering

Age Range: 6th – 7th graders

Welcome to the exciting world of LEGO Robotics Engineering! This innovative and hands-on program is designed specifically for 6th and 7th-grade students, offering an engaging and educational journey into the realm of robotics, engineering, and problem-solving.

Maker Engineering

Age Range: 4th and 5th graders
4 Week STEM Course
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:10 – 6:40

Maker Engineering, an exciting and hands-on program designed to introduce 4th and 5th-grade students to the wonderful world of engineering and creativity! In this interactive and fun-filled course, young minds will be encouraged to explore, design, and build a wide range of projects while fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Flight Simulator with St. George Civil Air Patrol

Age Range: 8th – 12th graders
4 Week STEM Course
Fridays in September and October from 2:30-3:50
Come and learn about the science of flight and how to become a pilot from members of the St. George Civil Air Patrol.  Then put your knowledge to the test on a real flight simulator.

Are you ready to ignite your child’s passion for creativity, problem-solving, and robotics? Join our exciting LEGO Robots Jr class designed specifically for 2nd and 3rd graders! In this hands-on and engaging program, young learners will have the opportunity to explore the world of robotics using the beloved LEGO Education WeDo 2.0 platform.

Intro to Programming with Scratch

Age Range: 4th – 5th grades
4 Week STEM Course
Wednesdays and Fridays from 4:00 – 5:00

*This class is for students with little to no scratch experience

In this hands-on program, budding coders will dive into the world of Scratch, a versatile visual programming language. Through engaging projects and challenges, students will unleash their creativity, developing interactive stories, animations, and games while learning fundamental coding concepts.

Intermediate Programming with Video Game Development

Age Range: 6th and 7th graders
4 Week STEM Course
Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:10 – 6:40

*Scratch experience or basic coding helpful but not required

Intermediate Video Game Development program is designed to introduce 6th and 7th-grade students to the exciting world of programming and video game development. This hands-on course builds upon the foundational programming concepts learned in the introductory level and empowers students to create their own interactive video games
