Imagine a world where art and science intertwine to create a holistic approach to innovation. STEAM Punks will help students see how artistic thinking enhances problem-solving and scientific discovery! In this program, your child will explore how creativity fuels out of the box thinking. Come and learn about the science of flight and how to become a pilot from members of the St. George Civil Air Patrol. Then put your knowledge to the test on a real flight simulator. This program uses Lockheed Martin’s Prepar3D flight simulator and TakeFlight instruction software. If you are looking to get a jump start towards a career in flight, this is a great place to start.

Red Rock Math Circle at Utah Tech University is a program providing opportunities for students to enjoy math outside their school curriculum. Students will be actively involved with various math related activities, working with problem solving strategies and participating in math contests. 6-8th graders will be registered for AMC8 contests. 9-12th graders will be registered for AMC10/12 contests.
